  • Why do the products look very different to what is available in the market?
    Welcome to the world of handicrafts. Unlike the mass-produced products, handicrafts offer a unique quality in every piece because they are carefully crafted by professional artisans. If you relish imperfections and distinctive qualities in your surroundings, our products might suit your needs, perfectly.
  • Why is the stock too low?
    The stock is not low, there is just one piece availabe for every product! We believe in delivering unique decorative pieces to our members. What is the point if everyone has the same decoration in their lovely spaces.
  • The product that I like is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
    Probably never. But don't worry, we closely monitor the product preferences and highly demanded products by our members, so something similar (maybe even better!) might soon be available for you to elevate your space with. Alternatively, if you don't want to wait, you can just get in touch with us directly and we can figure something out for you.
  • Can I request customised pieces?
    Absolutely! We are all about making our members happy by elevating their space. Just get in touch with us directly and we will arrange a call to understand your requirements.
  • Will it be possible to get further information about a product that is listed in your shop?
    Certainly. We want you to be a 100% sure and satisfied with what you buy from our store. Just get in touch with us directly, if you have any questions about the product, that you like.
  • How much is the delivery charge?
    We have a FREE delivery policy for all our products shipped across India. If you want a delivery outside India, please get in touch with us about the shipping and customs charges.
  • How can I contact you?
    The quickest way to get in touch with us is through the email or whatsapp number listed on our website. Alternatively, you can also DM us on Instagram or any other social media platform. For urgent and information sensitive queries, we recommend you to contact us through email.
  • I do not want to pay using the website, is there any other way I can proceed?
    We can understand your reservation with the online payment services. Please feel free to contact us in case you would like to pay using any other medium that is not available through our website.
  • There is no option for Cash on Delivery, when will it be available?
    Due to our scale of operation, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivey services to our members at the moment. However, if it is something that is bothering you from ordering from our website, please feel free to contact us directly and we can figure out something for you.
  • I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
    First of all, we are sorry that this happened. In rare situations, there can be glitches or delays in our system to process your order. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 working days of the order, please contact us directly to resolve the problem.
  • How long does it take for the order to get dispatched and delivered?
    We focus on quick and safe delivery of all our products, so you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days of placing the order. You will get the relevant details about your order through the email.
  • What will I do if the product is received in a damaged condition?
    We take extra-precautions while packaging and delivering your product, so this should be highly unlikely. However, considering that accidents do happen, if you receive a functionally damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the problem.
  • I have changed my mind and would like to cancel the order. What should I do?
    We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. Please contact us and we will cancel your order directly.
  • I would like to purchase in bulk, do you have any provision for that?
    We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of a bulk order, but please feel free to discuss the possibility with us by contacting us directly.
  • Do you have a physical store? Will it be possible to feel the product before purchasing?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location at the moment where you can feel the product that you would like to purchase. We understand that 'feel' is a necessary aspect of any purchase, however we can assure you that our products are closely inspected and quality checked before shipping, so you will (almost always!) be happy with your purchase.
  • Where do you get your products from?
    Good question, but it is difficult to answer this question in a few words because all our products are handicrafts, so there is no single point of manufacturing for our products. Keeping this in mind, the products are not conventional in nature like the mass-produced products found in the market. All our products have their own unique value and quality that has been carefully crafted by the artisans. Hopefully you will enjoy the uniqueness of our products.
